In Adventure Bike Rider magazine issue 5 we've featured 'The amount it would cost to fully do up a BMW R1200GS with Touratech add-ons' in our Blow Your Mind section. Now, you may have noticed a bit of a typo in the figures given. Due to some cock-ups and bad handwriting, we managed to interpret some numbers wrongly and we ended up giving the cost of the the Öhlins suspension as £7,392.80 when it should have been £1,392.80, therefore the final value given for doing up your GS is also wrong.
After going over it, I've come up with the final price again! So, the amount it would cost you to fully do up your BMW R1200GS with 137 specific Touratech add-ons is £17,207.07! That's £5,607.07 more than it'd cost to buy a brand new BMW R1200GS.
Below is the full Touratech shopping list that'll make you drool with desire and, if you were to stick all of these on your bike, it'd look something like the one on the right. Prices go from low to high and you'll be pretty amazed at how much some of these things cost. But man oh man, is that one sexy bike.
